Price adjustment policy

We offer a price adjustment on orders placed within 24 hours prior to the start of a promotion (for example Black Friday, Boxing Day, seasonal sales or other promotions), when applicable and upon request by email.

Beyond this 24-hour period, price adjustments are no longer possible. Discounts apply only to purchases made during the announced promotional period.

Additionally, any purchase made after the end of a promotion is not eligible for a price adjustment, even if the order is placed shortly after the promotion has ended.

This policy ensures fair and consistent price management for all our customers.
